Sarabeth was recommended to me by the Wedding Coordinator at my venue, and I am so happy I found her! I had already booked my venues and photographer, but she offers both a full planning package and partial package, which worked out perfect. I worked with her under the partial package, but to any new bride I recommend the first thing you book for your wedding is a Wedding Coordinator!
Sarabeth has great relationships with a lot of vendors in the DFW area. After meeting with her and giving her my budget, she scheduled meetings with three of each vendor. To me this was one of the best services – before Sarabeth I had become overwhelmed researching online for hours knowing nothing about wedding vendors. She works with the vendors to schedule the initial meeting, communicate the budget, and help you develop a theme/style to communicate to your vendors. Things we thought in the beginning of planning we wouldn’t need (ex: videographer) she encouraged us to consider, and I am so glad we did! The day of the wedding ran perfect and was very organized. After our final planning meeting she sent the detailed schedule to the vendors and arranged all of the details with them for the day of. Hands down she did an amazing job the past year managing the vendors which kept so much additional stress off my plate. Also, she helped us determine the style, color, and layout of our event. She is very behind the scenes and does a fabulous job of getting the job done without having to contact you all the time. I trusted her to make any last minute decisions/changes for me. We were amazed at how perfectly everything came together, even our guests were commenting how smooth the evening went. Everyone loved the schedule of events we had arranged with Sarabeth, and it speaks a lot when guests notice and comment about how much they liked the organization of the evening. One of the most important things to us was our guests having a great experience, and Sarabeth did great!

Wow! What can I say about SaraBeth Events?! From the moment my mother and I sat down with SaraBeth for our initial consultation we just knew she was the right person for the most important job of coordinating my wedding!
She was organized, so sweet, and already had ideas swirling as we discussed my jumbled thoughts. I had no idea where to start but she was able to understand exactly what I had envisioned and implemented it perfectly. My mother lives overseas and I work full-time so we were not always readily available but she was able to coordinate everything we needed to do and kept us on track. I loved how she partnered me up with some of the greatest vendors in the business who were also so easy to work with, understood my vision and luckily for my parents, worked within our budget. 🙂 I cannot express how amazing it was to know that everything was taken care of. I really was just able to enjoy the day with my family and not stress about anything. Everyone kept commenting on how calm I looked and how calm I had been through out the entire year of planning – that would not have been possible without SaraBeth! Sarabeth was so great through all of our planning and the wedding day. Everything went so smooth and I had to do nothing which was so great and made everything fun and not stressful. We had a little problem with a vendor but she handled it so great and was on our side the whole time and took care of the situation in such a professional way. Everything turned out amazing and flawless, she had such attention to detail and helped in areas I did not even think of. I can not say enough good things about Sarabeth Events. Without Sarabeth, there is no way I would have been able to pull off the wedding of my dreams. I had no idea what I was doing when it came to planning my wedding, and Sarabeth helped me through every step of the process. We had a very specific date we wanted for our wedding and Sarabeth was able to not only find us a venue, but find one within our budget. Having Sarabeth plan the wedding took so much stress of my mother (who lives in another state) and I. My mother initially worried about the added cost of a wedding planner, but with Sarabeth’s help we saved money. We absolutely loved all of the vendors Sarabeth recommended.
