With over fifteen years of experience in the hospitality industry, Sarabeth Events offers an extensive background in catering and event planning in nearly every type of industry, including weddings, corporate events, social parties, charity fundraisers, and more. Our team members boast impressive certifications and awards, like Certified Master Wedding Planner (CMWP), Certified Wedding Planner (CWP), Trained Wedding Planner (TWP), as well as holding various Board of Director chairs within the industry.

Sarabeth Quattlebaum, CMWP
Founder
Hi! I’m Sarabeth, and I’m thrilled you’re here! If you can’t tell from my Instagram (@XOSarabeth), I’m a mom to two fiery, red-headed boys  (#holligraham), a Certified Master Wedding Planner, and a proud serial entrepreneur. I started Sarabeth Events with a focus on quality over quantity after almost ten years in the event planning business. After graduating from the University of North Texas with a BBS in Entrepreneurship, I decided to roll up my sleeves and build my own business from the ground up. I was also honored to hold a prestigious role as Catering & Events Manager at George W. Bush Presidential Center. Years later, Sarabeth Events is thriving and planning every type of event, like weddings, corporate functions, meetings, parties, charities, and more, and it’s been one of the most joyous experiences of my life. There’s nothing I love more than watching a mother-son dance, or geeking out over themed events, and I’m a big believer in celebrating birthdays to the fullest! When I’m not working, you’ll most likely find me curled up in my reading nook with a good book, antique shopping at a local mom-and- pop shop, or dancing around my kitchen to gangsta rap. I also am a lover of being outdoors, and my family and I often go camping, hiking, or take day trips to parks and other outdoor attractions. Personally, I value two things—working hard and being nice to people—and you’ll see those reflected in my work with you. I can’t wait to speak to you and get started on your upcoming event. Remember, we have one very important rule we strictly adhere to at Sarabeth Events—celebrate happiness every day!

Rachel

Rachel Burrow, TWP
Partner

Rachel Burrow, Certified Wedding Planner (CWP), hosts immense professional experience in wedding planning and event coordination after a decade working in country clubs like Mira Vista Country Club, The Golf Club at Fossil Creek, and The Lakes at Castle Hills. She earned a degree in Hospitality Management from the University of North Texas and boasts the title of Professional Wedding Guild 2nd Vice President on the Board of Directors, as well as the American Association of Certified Wedding Planners Treasurer. She utilizes both her experience and her education to plan events her clients hadn’t even dreamed of yet and doing the thing she loves most– creating lasting memories. Aside from being an integral part of Sarabeth Events, Rachel is also married with one son whose lively spirit matches her own energetic personality and her tireless drive is exactly what makes her one of the hardest working event planners in Texas.


Georgette

Georgette Poole: Lead Project Manager

Georgette Poole has spent a decade planning and coordinating countless celebrations, including weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, and baby showers, and joined Sarabeth Events in 2014. With an extensive background in the hospitality industry including being a Hilton Certified Wedding Specialist and Professional Wedding Guild’s 2nd Vice President on the Board of Directors, Georgette is well-versed in putting her passion for creativity and design into every milestone and celebration she plans for her clients. She is also a wife and a proud mother of two daughters who is well known for her Pinterest-worthy crafts and her perfume collection that makes every bride smile. If she’s not working on the next event, Georgette can be found sneaking a piece of cake in the middle of the night while watching the latest TV drama. Georgette’s motto for event planning is simple– attention to detail, personalized touches, and flawless execution– and she brings those qualities to every intimate gathering or grand affair.


Lauren

Lauren Hackett, TWP: Office & Wedding Manager

Lauren Hackett, Trained Wedding Planner (TWP), is best described as organized, passionate, and a people person– all qualities that Lauren has utilized to plan numerous events and weddings in the Dallas Fort Worth area over the past nine years. With a degree in Hospitality Management and Business from the University of North Texas, Lauren has sculpted her love of event planning into a thriving career at Sarabeth Events since 2009. When she’s not singing show tunes, Lauren can be found baking with her two children or bargain hunting at her local craft store with a fistful of coupons. Her bicoastal childhood and unique background in choir and musical theatre give her a special viewpoint to approach any event with, and the ability to make friends with anyone.
