This month’s DFW Closeup segment with Ashley Roberts we decided to showcase one of our favorite local caterers Gil’s Elegant Catering. Director of Sales and Marketing, Jackie Hickey and Executive Chef James Sparks joined us to introduce some ideas of how to really wow your guests with an unexpected late night snack. After dinner, and cake cutting once everyone has been getting crazy on the dance floor give everyone a much needed snack.

Catering DFW in over 50 venues , such as Hickory Street annex, Old Red, Dallas Arboretum, TC Discovery Garden, FIG, FOF, CR Smith Museum, and Eisemann Center just to name a few. Chef Sparks introduced POPcakes & Champange and a Mini trio of sliders. The POPcakes are fantastic they have a little surprise or POP Rocks in the middle that will give everyone a smile.
